We were happy with the customer service and the cleaning skills of NOLA Carpet Cleaning (website). 
We researched companies on Yelp, Insider Pages and Google and then called and got quotes.
For two bedrooms and a set of stairs, the going rate last week was about $120. Some companies charged an extra fee if they had to bring their own water because you didn’t have a hose outside.
NOLA Carpet Cleaning’s price was in line with the others, but, in our opinion, the customer service on the phone was better. Plus, the company was willing to come out on the weekend or after we got home from work and it wouldn’t cost us extra. Ding. Ding. Ding. We have a winner!

The carpet-cleaning tech was scheduled to arrive between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. The company’s office called us around 5 p.m. to tell us the tech was on the way. The tech called about 15 minutes later to say he was delayed by the rain/traffic. We appreciated the update.
He got to the house and knocked out the carpet cleaning in less than a half hour. And, he had Square to pay with so we didn’t have to use cash or a check. Plus, the receipt immediately was emailed to us.
The carpet now looks fresh and clean. Two thumbs up to NOLA Carpet Cleaning.

My sister tried this company and she was pretty impressed by how clean her house was. She said it was a bit pricey compared to the others but it was all worth it. Her home smells so clean and not irritating. Cant wait to visit her and see her house myself. Thanks!
We used a coupon. It was about $150 for all the stairs, two bedrooms and for the hall connecting the bedrooms. Carpet still looks good. I got several quotes from other companies and there were in line with the quote I got from NOLA Carpet Cleaning.
Well, I think New York Rug Cleaners are also good. Recently one of their experts visited my place and cleaned up the blood stain out of my shag rugs….Thanks to them..
