A native told us on our first visit to eat at hotel restaurants in New Orleans.
She said the hotels upped the ante after Hurricane Katrina. Restaurants needed space to do business and hotels needed an in-house restaurant.
Some of our favorite hotel restaurants/bars so far:
- Drago’s (Hilton)
- Carousel Bar (Hotel Monteleone)
- SoBou (W Hotel)
- Domenica (The Roosevelt)
